Parent Footprint was founded by two passionate parents with completely different background and expertise, Dr. Dan Peters, a psychologist, and Payman Fazly a technologist, based on a shared moral responsibility to apply the science of psychology and to harness the power of technology with a shared common vision to create a more compassionate world with more loving people, one parent and one child at a time.
MEET DR. DAN PETERS

Dr. Dan Peters has a doctorate in clinical psychology. For 20 years he has been passionate about helping parents to parent with children purpose and intention in order to guide them in reaching their potential while they also reaching their own. Dr. Dan speaks regularly at state and national conferences and writes articles on topics related to parenting, learning differences, and education.
Dr. Dan is author of Make Your Worrier a Warrior: A Guide to Conquering Your Child’s Fears (Great Potential Press, 2013), and the companion book for children, From Worrier to Warrior: A Guide to Conquering Your Fears. In addition, he is co-author of Raising Creative Kids (Great Potential Press, 2013) and a regular blogger for The Huffington Post.com and Psychology Today.
Dr. Dan is also co-founder and Executive Director of the Summit Center where he specializes in parenting, overcoming worry and fear, learning differences such as dyslexia, and issues related to giftedness and twice-exceptionality. Dr. Dan hosts the weekly podcast “The Parent Footprint Podcast with Dr. Dan” and is often interviewed on national media for his expertise.
MEET PAYMAN FAZLY

Payman Fazly is a Technology Executive with over 25 years of experience in translation of business strategy to execution plans and has orchestrated implementation of large, complex, cross functional enterprise-level technology solutions and operations in Fortune 50 companies and start-ups.
Payman spent 10 years at Cisco Systems as a core team member of the committee that managed transformation of Cisco IT to a services organization.
Prior to joining Cisco, Payman was in charge of Consulting Services organizations at Intersperse, start-up software funded by Kleiner Perkins that was acquired by Cisco Systems, and at Otelnet Software, and at Saba Software, where he led the hyper growth of professional services organization and directly contributed to Saba’s successful IPO.
Payman was a senior manager at Accenture Consulting and a Technical Director of Data Center and Network Operations at Pacific Bell for seven years prior to joining Anderson Consulting (Accenture) in 1997.
Payman received an Executive MBA from Golden Gate University, and a B.S in Computer Information Systems from California State University, Eastbay. He has completed Stanford’s Certified Program Manager (SCPM), a Cisco Strategic Business Execution Program in partnership with Stanford University Center for professional Development and was a professor of MBA program at Golden Gate University.
